Background Reports

We provide the ability to conduct CareGiver background checks resulting in a "Pass" or "Did Not Pass" indicator that is placed on the Website under the CareGiver's control. The CareGiver may elect to or elect not to share this information with a Care Receiver when requested to do so. In addition, the Care Receiver, in the process of evaluating the CareGiver for employment, may request a more extensive background report of the CareGiver. The CareGiver must give permission for this to take place. When the CareGiver is requested to give information for the background check, they must agree to the Background Check Terms of Service and their information including their Social Security Number (SSN). The SSN is not stored by us. As soon as it is transmitted to LexisNexis(R) (Our background check provider), We discard it.


Administrative Communication

From time to time, We may send You administrative notices or messages. These communications may include, but are not limited to, those required by law, those generated as a result of the Services, instructions to cease an activity on the Website, those necessary to service Your CAREaccount and others as We in Our sole opinion deem necessary. You may not opt-out of these administrative communications.
