Tamsulosin - (brand name Flomax) this medication is used to treat the symptoms of a prostate gland condition called BPH (benign prostatic hyperplasia, also known as enlarged prostate). It works by relaxing the muscles in the bladder neck and prostate. Relaxing these muscles leads to relief of symptoms of BPH such as the feeling of needing to urinate frequently or urgently, weak stream, difficulty in beginning the flow of urine, and the need to urinate during the middle of the night.

Transfer - the act of moving someone in need of care from one place to another by a caregiver. An example would be from a wheelchair to a bed or wheelchair to a toilet.
Transmit - to cause to spread; pass on.
Transplant - to transfer a tissue or an organ from one body or body part to another.
Trauma - a serious bodily injury or shock, as from violence or an accident.
Treatment - management and care of a patient or the combating of disease or disorder.
Tremor - an involuntary trembling or quivering.
Trunk - the main part of the body, to which head and limbs are attached.
Tube Feeding - feeding directly into the stomach through a PEG tube. The food is blended in a blender or similar device to feed through the tube.
Tumor - a new growth of tissue in which cell multiplication is uncontrolled and progressive.
