Osteoporosis - is a disease of bone that leads to an increased risk of breakage due to a decrease in bone mineral density (BMD) .
Outpatient Therapy - after illness or injury, some people choose to return home rather than stay or move into a facility. Some long-term care facilities provide outpatient therapy, which means that the patient is able to return home at the end of the therapy session.
Ovary - a reproductive organ in women and female animals in which eggs (ova) are produced.
Over-Bedding - is a circumstance where a facility has more patients than beds. Sometimes refers to a lack of staff to properly take care of patients.
Overactive - more active than normal.
Overproduction - to produce in excess of need or demand.
Ovulation - the release of an egg cell (ovum) from the ovary in female animals
Oxygen - (O2) a colorless, odorless, gaseous element essential to life processes.
